The SNAP Assembly blog is founded and edited by Sydney-based journalist and creative consultant Anne-Maree Sargeant.

The SNAP Assembly features curated profiles and news stories, reporting the best of contemporary art, design and style, through to street culture.

AMS has been widely published in many magazines including Monocle UK, and is a contributing editor to Surface Asia. Currently editor-at-large of BELLE Magazine, AMS has contributed to many publications including The Sydney Morning Herald, Indesign, DQ Design Quarterly; and was trends editor for InsideOUT magazine for a decade.

As director of her own creative agency, AMS consults to leading designers, artists, retailers, design brands, and manufacturers. Taking an innovative approach to creative marketing initiatives, AMS works on brand and product development, and business development strategies.

An independent creative producer, AMS collaborates with leading Australian furniture & lighting designers via the AMS production arm The SNAP Collective.

In 2011 AMS established NEST initiative for the designEX trade show, which she  currently curates / project manages as an independent consultant.

Based in Bondi Beach, Sydney – AMS-world is anchored by dedicated beach & snow time, whilst remaining hopelessly addicted to collecting records, art, shoes & boarding passes!
